Day 1 of actual Triathlon training. I’m already in great shape from rowing in college for the past 4 years. Rowing is mainly a sprint though, anaerobic work at max heartrate for 6min. I’ve heard that the transition from biking to running is pretty tough so that’s what I did today. They didn’t lie it was pretty challenging, but I made it. Let’s see how I shape up for my first Tri race this weekend. (I know only a week of preparation may be short, but it’s probably the best way to keep me from falling off the whole working out every day thing.)
